Spunk Pro November Digest

11.02 - dia de los muertos

Spunk Pro's Dia De Los Muertos show is set to be a big one, and things start off in quite a shocking manner, as a rampaging OdZ stomp out to the ring, with ZODIAK claiming that what happened at the last show was a disgrace, one that he won't stand for. He holds his Spunk Pro International Title up and tosses it down, claiming that he refuses to let Jesus X win again, and won't let him have this title stolen out from under him. He'd rather vacate it! Manakuro Marakuso comes out and takes the title from the ring and proclaims that this will not do, and tonight there will be a Battle Royale to determine who the new champion is! OdZ seem to care less about this, and more on getting their way; ZODIAK and DEMOS want Jesus X and Shogo Otsuka here tonight, and RUINER wants to toss his hat into the ring for the BR. Marakuso agrees to the terms and walks out with the title that he made famous years ago.

Ken Shields took on Tomohiro Ito in the first match, and got the better of the young Ito with his overwhelming FOOTBALL SKILLZ and hits the flying elbow for the pinfall. Shields celebrates post-match only for Bourbon to run out and attack Shields! He is going to town on Ken Shields and finally we have some officials coming out now to stop this. Lester making his way over to Druid, grabbing the mic and shouting that this is what you get when you mess with him.

What we were privvy to next was a bit hard to handle. We first cut to a pretaped segment with Joe Doe approaching La Cosa Nostra's locker room. He knocks when Zannino opens the door, letting him in. Doe brings himself to talk, as he is in the room with Zannino, Briggs, Paradigm, Bianco and a man sitting in a chair, the back turned to them. Doe says he has an issue, as Bianco goes through the proceedings, whispering to the non-visible man, then relaying the information back to Doe. Apparently, Doe needs some money for his daughter's college. Bianco talks about 'The Don' believing in education, and wishing to help Mr. Doe, but that it will mean that Mr. Doe will owe La Cosa Nostra (much like Paradigm). Doe says that he has no choice, and that he will accept. Bianco informs him that he, 'Joey Knuckles' can begin his repayment tonight -- if he can take Brad Wolf out for good, he'll be in the Don's good graces, and his fee will be considered repayed. Its a deal that he cannot refuse. Of course, he fought hard, but Brad Wolf was able to take him out, pulling out something new from the arsenal, nailing a diving spear from the top rope knocking Joey Knuckles clean out. Briggs picks up Joey Knuckles and slings him over Paradigm's shoulder, as they head to the back, Zannino grabbing the mic and telling Paradigm that the Don won't be pleased, and that he has to pick up the slack tonight and win that battle royale for the belt.

The Battle Royale is up next, to determine the new Spunk Pro International Champion.. We have quite a few competitors in the ring... Paradigm, DanDead, shaDow, RUINER, Bobo Gomez and there is room for one more, the competitors are in the ring, wondering who the next man is, when the lights go out, a red carpet rolls down as spotlights all focus on the entrance, as yes, Johnny Jett (!) comes waltzing out, grabbing a microphone and telling people that their hero is back, has been away training and is here to show the world what he is made of. This is quite a shock, as we all thought we'd never hear from him again after ducking Big T months ago after defeating him. The match was all about Paradigm fighting his heart out, trying to bring the title home to LCN, and hopefully free himself from servitude as well. Things were back and forth, every man doing his best to move on, with Paradigm holding on for dear life. Just when it looked like he had the match won, the last man in his way, RUINER goes down to the Northern Lights Suplex, he is celebrating, and Johnny Jett, from outside of the ring springboards in and dropkicks him in the back of the head, before running off of the ropes and double stomping him right in the chest, then grabbing both legs and putting him into the high angle boston crab before Paradigm passes out, refusing to tap out. Johnny Jett is the new champion, and the new champion refuses to let go, the refs having to pull him off before he finally lets go, celebrating his new championship!

Its been quite a show so far, and its not over by a longshot! Sean Gabriel locked horns with Big T next in a battle of wills that ended up with Big T on the outside, getting snake eyes'd onto the railing and hammered in the back of the head a few times, Gabriel rolling in to beat the count.

The main event saw Jesus X team up with Shogo Otsuka to take on the former tag team champions DEMOS and ZODIAK. It was as brutal as one would expect, with DEMOS pulling a surprise win over Shogo hitting that SIDS Clutch that just comes out of nowhere! Afterwards he pulls out his clippers and attempts to shave Shogo's head, only for the champ to Superkick his head off, which leads to a brawl between him and ZODIAK before they are pulled apart.

1. Ken Shields (4:02 - Golden Elbow) Tomohiro Ito
2. Brad Wolf (11:05 - Diving Spear) Joey "Knuckles"
3. Spunk Pro International Championship Battle Royale: Paradigm, DanDead, shaDow, RUINER, Bobo Gomez, Johnny Jett
--Johnny Jett (19:42 - Shining Enzuiguri) DanDead
--Paradigm (21:52 - Northern Lights Suplex) shaDow
--RUINER (26:25 - R75 -> CRITICAL) Bobo Gomez
--Paradigm (26:36 - Northern Lights Suplex) RUINER
--Johnny Jett (26:44 - Red Carpet Rub) Paradigm
4. Sean Gabriel (12:00 - Countout) Big T
5. Jesus X/Shogo Otsuka(X) (17:12 - SIDS Clutch) DEMOS(O)/ZODIAK

11.16

Joey Knuckles is in trouble again, as the Don has graciously given him another chance of redeeming himself. This time against the big man, Lee Stone. Lee proved to just be too strong for Joey Knuckles, hitting the Stone Crusher in record time and taking it home for a 3-count.

Now shaDow comes out, sullen and wearing a My Chemical Romance hoodie and a lip ring, Druid meets him at the desk and shaDow complains about his life a little bit, that nobody understands him. He then calls Tomohiro Ito to come out. Ito comes out, not sure what to make of this, as shaDow points to a monitor as they watch Ito get picked apart last show. shaDow tells him that nobody takes him seriously, that his life has been nothing but a disaster after disaster. He offers Ito I guess what you could call him hope, as he offers to take him in, to work together with him. Ito looks like he is considering it, like he is starting to get emotion before shaDow straight up SLAPS him. Ito just stares at his boots as shaDow walks off, Ito refusing to comment to Druid as he walks off.

The Strike Force and La Cosa Nostra conflict continued next, as Briggs, the assasin met up with Brad Wolf, former Special Ops in the Marines. All of La Cosa Nostra became involved, as Lee Stone made the save just minutes in, and this match had to be thrown out.

Johnny Jett made his way out next, wearing his newly won International Championship, and flanked by two girls of international flavor, one looking to be asian, the other of Latino descent. Druid meets up with him, as he tells the girls to stand back and let him talk, Jett claiming that he had to make his abrupt departure months ago to work on a few acting roles in Hollywood. That he also started cutting his debut album and was simply too busy to be a pro-wrestler. But now that his schedule has slowed down for the time being, he decided to grace his old stomping grounds of Spunk Pro with his face again. He said it was no surprise that he is wearing gold, as it is his color. When asked about his underhanded tactics in winning the title, he simply brushed Druid off and walked to the ring, to meet his opponent, shaDow! Well, should I say that shaDow met him. shaDow's style is that of a suicidal maniac. He simply tosses himself from inside the ring out onto Jett without a care in the world. It didn't even look like he aimed that shot, that he just DID it! The match went a lot like that, with shaDow just carelessly throwing his body around, overwhelming Jett. This forced Jett to stall a bunch, when it finally paid off, shaDow going for another death-defying move, and, well, smacking his head against the apron. Johnny Jett slaps him around a bit before rolling him back into the ring and going for the pin, only for shaDow, who surely cares little about the shape he is in kicks out! Jett looks furious as shaDow tries to spring himself off of the ropes with a dropkick, with Jett catching him and slamming him down hard with a spinebuster, holding onto his legs and turning him over into that torture crab again! shaDow is forced to pass out in this hold, and once again Jett refuses to let up until the refs pull him off and offer him his championship!

When asked how he felt about the victory, he said he felt like his celebration should have international flavor, that maybe its time for some Korean. Druid scratches his head as Jett walks off with the girls that he came out with and his title.

The semi-main saw a world famous Spunk Pro elimination tag go down, with Jesus X teaming with Paddy Baker and Ken Shields to face off against ZODIAK, Big T and Lester Bourbon. Sean Gabriel, Paddy's regular partner could not be here after being attacked with a fireball by Stuart Robinson on WILD TV. Big T met with the same fate as he did last time we saw him, being counted out, only this time he was aware, and he was FURIOUS. He made his way back into the ring, pulling his glove off and nailing Paddy Baker with a HUGE right hand. Paddy wasn't quite right after that, leaving ZODIAK to pick up the scraps and pin him with a Demon Driver. Ken Shields got the single biggest pinfall of his career right after that, as he was facing off with ZODIAK, only for Jesus X to catch ZODIAK from behind with the Savior Kick leading him into a small package from Shields, Shields picking up the huge pinfall! Lester stormed in next, and walked into a similar fate, a big enzuiguri from the champ, leading right into a Discus Punch by the Texas All-Stater for the 3-count, as Jesus X and Ken Shields have survived this big match!

This leads us to a match for the Spunk Pro Junior Heavyweight Championship. It was a hard fought match, with Shogo working over DEMOS' arm throughout, and it looked like he had this in the bag, until RUINER came at him with a pair of clippers to distract him and DEMOS hits a big German Suplex for the 3-count. OdZ attempt to shave his head afterwards, but YUSUKE makes the save. It looks like this encounter between these two sides is far from over!

1. Lee Stone (2:11 - Stone Crusher) Joey Knuckles
2. Brad Wolf (6:03 - No Contest) Rick Briggs
3. Spunk Pro International Championship: Johnny Jett(C) (18:23 - Red Carpet Rub) shaDow
4. Jesus X/Paddy Baker/Ken Shields vs ZODIAK/Big T/Lester Bourbon
--Paddy Baker (15:58 -- Count Out) Big T
--ZODIAK (24:24 -- Demon Driver II) Paddy Baker
--Ken Shields (27:22 -- Roll-Up) ZODIAK
--Ken Shields (27:47 -- Discus Punch) Lester Bourbon
5. Spunk Pro Juniorheavyweight Championship: DEMOS (C) (17:12 - German Suplex) Shogo Otsuka

Spunk Pro Oct. Digest

Its been a while, but Spunk Pro has been strong! Here is the digest form of the past month in SPUNK PRO WRESTLING~!

Oct. 12

1. Ted Zannino (2:12 - The Big Sleep(er)) Matt Cafano
2. Brad Wolf (12:05 - Wolf's Bite) Tomohiro Ito
3. Dan Sommers (:23 - Alabama Nightmare) Dick Doode
4. Ken Shields/Matt D(O) (14:56 - Swanton Bomb/Golden Elbow) Lester Bourbon/Rusty Chodes(X)
5. Spunk/Jeus X(O) (13:22 - Superkick) ZODIAK/RUINER(X)

Spunk Pro ran a house show on this eve, with the highlights being taped, with the show starting out with La Cosa Nostra in the ring, bragging about their recent win over Strike Force, and that tonight there would be a demonstration of what is to come for them. Zannino then destroyed local boy Matt Cafano with brutal fists and locking in the BIG SLEEP(er) and Cafano passing out, the ref trying to pry him off, but Zannino refusing the let go. The rest of La Cosa Nostra come in and goad him on, before he finally lets go, leaving his opponent completely laid out. I'd like to tell you that this was the end, but then Rick Briggs locked in the CEMENT SHOES, while Zannino and Bianco laugh. It takes an army of refs to get them out of the ring, but wow, are La Cosa Nostra about getting the job done or what? We also got word that they are next in line for a shot at OdZ for the tag titles, and that should be in a few weeks!

Next up, Brad Wolf comes out and cuts an interview with Druid (in a suit he must have bought at his local Sears for a discounted price) where Wolf says that he is genuinely disgusted at La Cosa Nostra, as him and Lee Stone will show those cowards exactly what they deserve -- the DOOR. He wants to run them out of Spunk Pro for good, and out of wrestling. He put on a spirited match with young Tomohiro Ito, with Ito falling short, and Wolf hitting the big Wolf's Bite spear for the academic 3-count. Wolf grabs the mic and tells La Cosa Nostra that he just showed them how to get it done in the ring. Well yeah, but you didn't kill your opponent, either.

Dan Sommers came out next, followed by Big T, and wasn't in the talking mood, as Druid tried to get a few words and eats a fist to the mouth. While he is being attended to, Sommers took no time at all to destroy local legend Dick Doode with the Alabama Nightmare. It was a lariat and the Nightmare and that was all she wrote. With Big T in tow, Sommers made sure to stop by and see Druid on his way out, and punch him in the face again while Big T growled at anybody who tried to stop them. What monsters!

Newcomer Ken Shields teamed with former Dink, Matt D with his new attitude, Matt D coming out to a My Chemical Romance song (I'll be damned if I look up which one!), with his fingernails painted black and his hair newly dyed -- completely jet black! It seems like his turn from retarded boy into maturity has deeply depressed him somehow, but that didn't prevent him from winning this match! They faced off with a very pissed off Lester Bourbon, who pre-match came out eating a turkey leg, spitting it at Druid (poor Druid) for his only comment, and Rusty Chodes. Rusty got a few elbows off, Lester dominated and Matt D and Ken Shields fought hard, with the finish finally being Lester losing his temper with Chodes and his lame Dusty Rhodes impressions and gave him the BOURBON STREET SLAM. This perfectly set Chodes up for the finish from both men, each at opposite corners, Shields doing the GOLDEN ELBOW and Matt with the SWANTON BOMB! Matt makes the pin and that was that. After the match Druid tried to get a comment from Lester, who just pounded on his chest and screamed he was the king of Bourbon Street, and didn't have time for these chumps. Matt and Ken were a little bit more talkative, as Ken said he was glad to have found a partner in this crazy world, and Matt talked about how unfair the world seemed right now, as well as how much he dislikes President Bush, and how upset he was that Martha Dumptruck hasn't lost weight, so he had to dump her, and that nobody can feel his pain, not even his parents. Ok.

Our big main event was Jesus X, the newly-crowned Champion teaming with Spunk to take on OdZ's ZODIAK and RUINER. The fans were ecstatic to see the new champion, who dedicated his title win to all of the fans, and while he was less than pleased with how he won it, he'd prove he deserved it by destroying ZODIAK here tonight! ZODIAK and RUINER hit the ring, and nobody wants a piece of them, the fans backing up from the entry way, Druid ducking for cover as ANYTHING could happen when they are in the ring. The contest saw Spunk and Jesus X team up to focus on RUINER and specifically that bad arm of his, it paid off as the Champ had him worn down enough to where all it took was the Superkick and RUINER was down for the count! The faces celebrated, but not for long as ZODIAK comes out and tries to throw another fireball at Jesus X, only for Spunk to pull him out of the way! ZODIAK and RUINER scramble to the back as the faces collect themselves and Jesus X grabs the mic, calling out ZODIAK, calling him a coward who needs to breath fire to fight him.

Oct. 22

1. Lester Bourbon (2:12 - Bourbon Street Slam) Rusty Chodes
2. Big T (1:26 - Ref Stoppage) Lex Brown
3. Shogo Otsuka (10:55 - Shogo MAX Cross) RUINER
4. Strike Force (Brad Wolf/Lee Stone(O)) (12:10 - Stone Crusher) Dick Doode/Greek Nick(X)
5. Matt D (13:40 - Suicide Bomb) El Hijo del Demonio
6. Spunk Pro Tag Team Championship: La Cosa Nostra (Ted Zannino(O)/Rick Briggs (22:14 - The Big Sleep(er)) OdZ (ZODIAK(X)/DEMOS)

Lester Bourbon is a mad, mad man, and Druid knew better than to try to catch him this time, as he gets right to business, taking it to his partner from the last Spunk Pro show, but Lester refusing to actually finish him off. He finally picks him up and brings him down HARD with the Bourbon Street Slam, Chodes down for the academic 3-count -- but he won't stop! Lester with a big splash! Another big splash! He is trying to kill him, won't somebody stop this? HERE COMES KEN SHIELDS! Ken Shields just stepped in and hit the discus punch on Lester! Lester is reeling, Shields off the ropes and big golden arm lariat! Lester rolls out through the ropes and lands on his feet, retreating, kicking the guard rail and pushing Druid and his mic out of the way.

Big T took on newcomer and local boy Lex Brown, and well, it was brutal. Big T showed just what he can bring to the table in this match, as he obliterated poor Lex Brown, picking Lex up for a big sidewalk slam, dropping him down and then dropping a big elbow on him. But that wasn't enough. The ref was counting and T picks Brown up. He affixes his hand around the throat of Brown and gets him up high for a chokeslam, and it looks like Brown is tapping out! But T slams him down anyway, knocking him out cold, the ref having to stop the match! Post-match he puts in a few words with Druid, saying that this was just the beginning, and that he can do much worse. Much, much worse, then growls and moves towards Druid, Druid possibly pissing his 10-dollar dress pants!

Shogo Otsuka came out next, and talked to Druid (wearing new pants), claiming that tonight he'll take out RUINER, and that he wants to end this ordeal with OdZ, and wants to once and for all recapture the championship from DEMOS. The match was underway and it went back and forth, RUINER's arm being the main focus, when out of nowhere Shogo used the flying, hanging armbar on RUINER who was forced to tap out. Shogo was celebrating his victory when out of nowhere DEMOS comes out from behind, brandishing a pair of clippers, and he is trying to shave Shogo's head! Shogo narrowly escapes as OdZ stays in the ring.

Strike Force are up next, as both men cut an interview with Druid, saying that they are going to be watching the tag team title match very closely tonight. They made short work of their opponents in impressive fashion, and after the match called for a tag team title shot against the winners tonight. We'll see.

Matt D came out, and complained about his life again, showing us some scrapes on his wrists, saying that life can be so cruel and that he is out here to show us his pain. Ok. He faced off with El Hijo del Demonio, which is no pushover by any means, but was able to pull out the win, with the Swanton Bomb, which we've been informed is called the 'Suicide Bomb' now. Ok. After the match, Matt D moped around a bit, then left.

The main event is for the Tag Team Championship! It was an intense back and forth bout, with OdZ looking to have a slight edge, when it looked like it was curtains for La Cosa Nostra, ZODIAK prepping a fireball Jesus X, the Champ runs out and with the ref distracted by DEMOS so ZODIAK could throw the fireball left for a perfect opportunity for the SUPERKICK! ZODIAK falls into the waiting arms of Ted Zannino's the Big Sleep(er) and its over, he has passed out! Zannino won't release the hold, but Bianco and Briggs are pulling him off, the belts in their hand as they celebrate! We have new tag team champions!

Druid catches up with Jesus X who says turnabout is fair play, and that ZODIAK shouldn't play with fire, as he is just going to get burned!

10.07.2007

Spunk Pro -- 10.5.07

Spunk Pro

The return of WILD forced Spunk Pro to the back burner for a while, but nothing can put down Spunk Pro for good! When we left off last time, OdZ were defeated by VIOLENCE, and forced to defend the tag team belts against them, and in the main event, Jesus X was decimated by the duo of Lester and Jack Dod, the Champion, and the new UHW Champion! Jesus X is out into the ring first, and looks like he has something on his mind.

Jesus X: Jack Dod, the last time anybody saw me, I was in that Four Figure Leg Lock and all 400 of Lester's pounds dropped down onto my chest, and it was over, it was lights out. But what kind of savior does that make me?

*He pauses and takes a deep breath*

Jesus X: I'm here not only to redeem myself, but to redeem Spunk Pro as a whole. From Fiero to you, Dod, this company has been under constant attack, and I came back to defend this company. I put my pride aside and teamed with Spunk, what I'm doing is for the good of everybody. Now get out here and be a man, Dod, I know you are back there.

Its Jack Dod! Here Jack comes, wearing the UHW Championship around his waist and the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder. He grabs a mic from a production guy off to the side and pushes him over, laughing a deep Dod laugh as he looks up at Jesus X, hold sthe mic up to his face, opens his mouth, then stops, Jesus X kicking the ropes at this.

Jesus X: C'mon Jack, cat got your tongue for once? Or are you too good for all of this now that you are on top again?

Jack: You will address me as Jack "Magnus" Dod, Unified WILD Heavyweight and Spunk Pro Champion... OF THE WORLD.

Jesus X: And you'll address me as GOD.

Jack: Hey! Thats my other name!

*The crowd boos as Jack flips them off*

Jack: You all just don't understand true greatness. I am Jack Dod, I am the Champion of the Universe! I will defend my titles against anybody, anywhere and..

Jesus X: Then tonight, Dod, you defend the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship against me!

*Jack stops, looks around and starts shaking his head*

Jack: No No No! I didn't mean it like that, I mean..

Jesus X: Then how did you mean it? Clearly, if you are such a great champion you'll have no problem putting little old me away, right?

*Jack spits and paces, visibly upset, the fans are chanting "Pussy" at him as he is trying to get them to shut up, Jesus X is urging them on, as Jack kicks the guard rail*

Jack: You're on!

*The fans go wild as Dod flips them off and heads to the back*

Now we are on to our first match of the evening; Strike Force taking on La Cosa Nostra of Ted Zannino, whom we saw in action last time, and his partner Rick Briggs, along with Raymond Bianco Jr. hot on their tails. You can just smell the cigars and pasta coming from these guys.. YEAH! It was a technical brawl, with La Cosa Nostra cutting off the ring for most of the match, keeping Lee Stone away from making the tag. Lee made a heroic comeback, tagging out to Brad, who came in and cleaned house, only to get brass knux in the face from Bianco, leading into a small package by Zannino for the 3-count! The fans are all over these guys as they rush out of the arena, leaving STrike Force behind, bewildered and hot!

Matt D makes a redebut of sorts next, as it is a certain somebody whom we haven't seen in a year, and he has really grown up. His hair is one color, his body has filled out a bit, and his demeanor just looks incredibly different.. There is no way that this is the same Dink that we all knew and loved! He is taking on MPLL's Camillo del Noche in what turned out to be a high-paced match, but with 'Dink' working a lot smarter than we've ever seen him. That still wasn't enough, as Camillo surprised him with a low blow that the ref didn't catch followed by a crossbody! Matt Dinkerdale goes down!

Next up we have a return match that is all about vengeance after the last show; where Dan Sommers and Big T obliterated Paddy Baker with the B.A.D. Nightmare, after Big T was paid off by Seamus McFadden to take out the Celtic Bruisers. Gabriel was able to make the save before more damage was done, but that was already enough. Had Baker not been, well, Paddy Baker and been a normal man he would have been crippled, but Baker is just too tough. This match was an all-out brawl, with Big T and Sommers looking to attempt to cripple Baker again. The climax of the match came when Sommers lifts Baker up for the Alabama Nightmare and Baker is able to get the blind tag to Gabriel! Baker with an elbow to the head of Sommers, who drops him and stumbles into an inside cradle for the 3-count! Sommers and T are furious as things break down into an all-out brawl (like they always do involving these guys), with the refs having to file out to break this up, as well as half of the locker room.

The Tag Team Championship is up next, as VIOLENCE make their way to the ring! They look ready to take the titles tonight, as fans have been wanting this for a very, very long time.

Here come the champs! As Ominous as ever, and things have gone to hell already! All four men brawling out on the floor, and ZODIAK lays out YUSUKE with the International belt! This is not how they wanted to start off this match! OdZ are putting it to Shogo, being as absolutely relentless as we all know they can be! YUSUKE got in a few times, but was taken out just as quickly. Shogo finally started to launch an assault when he had ZODIAK set up top for a superplex! DEMOS grabs the foot, and Shogo looks down at him -- MIST! ZODIAK setting him up.. Dear god.. No.. No.. DEMON DRIVER FROM THE TOP! He makes the cover... 1.....2....3! OdZ retain! YUSUKE crawls back into the ring as he checks on Shogo, only for DEMOS to push him off, then pick Shogo up and drive him down with a Pedigree!

Lester Bourbon is out now, and is asking if anybody has the guts to stand up to him, if anybody can beat Lester Bourbon. A kid from the crowd jumps over the rail, and announces himself as Ken Shields, former Texas Tech football star and current Arena Football player, who says he'll use his golden arm to take Lester out. Lester laughs and turns away from him, only to turn around and pound him on the back hard! It looks like we have a match. This young kid gave it his all, and lasted far longer than anybody could, mounting all sorts of offense before Lester put him down with the Bourbon Street Slam!

Now its time, for the MAIN EVENT.. For the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship! Jesus X out first, looking focused, and Jack Dod out now, wearing both championships. Jesus X looks focused as Dod steps into the ring, as he rushes at Jack, hitting a big dropkick, pushing him into the corner. Jesus X charges at him and nails him with a big knee, then a kick to the back of the head. He is setting up for a superkick already! Dod up, and he ducks under it, and nails a DDT! It is back and forth from here, until Jack Dod gets the upperhand with some salt to the eyes! Jack Dod just peppering Jesus X in the corner with rights and lefts. He throws him off the ropes -- BIG SPEAR! Jesus X is clutching at his ribs, as Jack Dod picks him up by the hair, and wait.. OdZ are at ringside, OdZ, what the hell are they doing here?

Jack Dod with a kick -- WHAM -- DODSMACK!! He nails it, and RUINER and DEMOS are up on the apron.. The ref is trying to shoo them away, as they grab hold, ZODIAK up on the otherside as Jack Dod looks over at him and asks what the hell he is doing -- FIREBALL! FIREBALL! FIREBALL RIGHT TO THE FACE OF JACK DOD! ZODIAK up top -- BIG DIVING LEG DROP ON DOD! He pulls Jesus X over and drapes him over Dod and slides out of the ring, as the other OdZ members hope back as well and the ref slides over for the cover.. 1....2....3! We have a NEW Champion! New Hero! But why did OdZ do that!?

Medics are looking after Jack Dod as Jesus X recovers and holds the title, looking over at ZODIAK in disbelief.

ZODIAK: This was what you wanted.

*Jesus X pauses and looks down at the title*

Jesus X: Not like this.. We made that deal so long ago, I had forgotten about it.

ZODIAK: I never forget, and neither will you.

ZODIAK laughs as he and OdZ head to the back, leaving a stunned Jesus X in the ring holding the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship..

8.4.07 - Starting.Over.Vol.2

8.4.07 - Starting.Over.Vol.2

Spunk Pro returns! The last time you saw us we ended with Spunk putting an end to the Spunk Pro and possibly wrestling career entirely of Tommy Fiero. It was an emotional night to say the least where Spunk went to the limit to finally be rid of Fiero once and for all. Our show starts off with Big T backstage walking to the ring as Seamus McFadden steps out of the shadows and smirks, standing in front of him. T looks like he wants nothing to do with this, but McFadden pulls out a roll of bills and holds it under T's nose.

"Whut you want, foo?"

"There is a bit of a thorn in my side of late," McFadden smirks, rapping his cane against the ground. "Danny boy would take care of this himself, but tonight he is graciously going to defend his title against any comers, so... Paddy Baker, he won't be an issue from now on, will he?"

"I wuz gonna whup 'em anyway," T snorts as he snatches the money and stuffs it down his tights. "Bu' I'll take yo' money an' make sure that sucka' ain't walkin' outta here."

"That is what I like to hear," he sneers as T's music hits and he walks to the ring.

Our first match is, as one would guess, Paddy Baker vs Big T. T was his brutal self, and Baker was his typical crafty and stiff self. It was a brutal 11 minutes of action before Big T hit the devastating B.A.D. and that is it. Baker looks out of it, and T is calling for ANOTHER B.A.D. on Baker. Baker is out of it, as anybody would be after that move. Sommers out to the ring now with McFadden, that rat as they are urging T to do it again. T setting up for the brainbuster, which we all know will end in a chokeslam. Gabriel is dashing out to the ring, but it looks like he might be too late. T is holding him up, and holding him up, the blood rushing to his head... Sommers is calling for something, and it looks like he is prepping his knee for the come down.. Christ, no way he is going to knee him on the way down?? IT IS TOO LATE! That can only be called a B.A.D. NIGHTMARE! Baker isn't moving, and Sean has dropped to his knees and pounds on the hard concrete floor, then hops it and boots the railing before charging the ring. Sommers and T have slid out of the ring, leaving McFadden in there alone. McFadden is backing up, he is backed into the corner now, as Sean has his fist poised and ready! He motions to the crowd as McFadden cowers, reaching for some money in his pocket, tossing it at him, only for Sean not to back down -- AND SOMMERS FROM BEHIND WITH A LARIAT! Both men are beating down on Gabriel now, and finally some officials are out here to peel them off. But it looks like the damage is done, as they are taking Baker out on a stretcher here, and he doesn't look to be moving. Gabriel is coughing up blood and the look in his eyes is that of a man who wants to kill, and tonight who knows what he will do.

Next, backstage again we see Brad Wolf walking around backstage, and he bumps into a man in a black suit, wearing black sunglasses. The man stares him down as a little weasely man walks up behind him and starts sassing him in a strong Italian accent. It looks like this newcomer doesn't like getting bumped into. He doesn't like people scuffing up his good shoes. The little man tells Wolf he'll rue the day he ever messed with 'La Cosa Nostra.' Wolf has had enough and nails the big, bearded man in the suit in the face. A brawl erupts, and it spills to the ring, this somehow being an official match. We find out this man's name is 'Ted Zannino' and his manager is Raymond Bianco Jr. Zannino tearing his suit jacket off and tossing it outside, now taking off his shirt and wrapping it around Wolf's neck, choking him as the ref tries to stop him. He pulls away and threatens to backfist him, yelling 'faggetabawdit' at him, then attacking Wolf again. They go back and forth until Wolf gets the better of him with the Wolf's Bite and picks up the pin. Bianco helping Zannino to the back as he shouts out various threats at Wolf.

Next up VIOLENCE is out in the ring, and they are calling out OdZ, who both men have a rich, rich history with. OdZ come out and VIOLENCE challenge them for the titles, OdZ laugh and tell them they duck nobody, and will wrestle them tonight -- if VIOLENCE can beat them within 30 minutes, they'll get a shot at the titles next week, if not, well, tough. Both men erupt, and we are going here as it looks like OdZ has the firm upperhand throughout, but it was YUSUKE with a Shining Triangle out of nowhere and ZODIAK taps out!

We cut to backstage where we see Jesus X warming up, as tonight he has a match with an opponent of Jack Dod's choosing, and Jack Dod also says he has special plans for Spunk as well! Out of nowhere the locker room door bursts off the hinges as a beast of a man (with orange-ish skin) runs in, tossing the big, metal door as Jesus X as it bounces off his head, leaving him gashed wide open! Big leg drop on Jesus X, and christ he is picking him up and looks like he is going to drill him -- Spunk to the save! Spunk tending to Jesus X as officials pull the big man back, and we get a glimpse as his face, obstructed by dreds and a huge, thick beard... Is that.. Lester? What?!

Dan Sommers made an open challenge next, I think full-well knowing that Baker and Gabriel would be non-factors here, as Baker is hurt and Gabriel is sticking by his partner. Well, the arena sure erupted when Bobo Gomez made his way down to the ring! Sommers, with McFadden in his corner whispering in his ear looks confident about this, but Bobo Gomez is no slouch, and I'm sure he wants revenge from when Sommers put him out of action a few months ago! What we got was a knock-down, drag-out brawl, with Gomez looking on-point throughout the match! Gomez has Sommers in trouble, and McFadden is flipping out, trying to distract the ref. Sommers with a chair, and this looks bad -- here comes Gabriel! Sommers doesn't see him, as he pulls the chair from his hands, Sommers turns around to WHACK!@ The ref sees this and calls for the bell! Sommers has won by DQ, and will hold onto his title, in a match that Gomez looked like he had won against the dangerous Sommers! All hell has broken loose now as Sommers and Gabriel are duking it out at ringside! Gomez is looking around, and I think he realized what happened and he dives out and joins in, and we have ourselves all 3 men going at it! Officials are filing out to break this up, as Gabriel is just going insane trying to murder Sommers, but Sommers and McFadden slip out and taunt both men who are being restrained right now.

Now we have Jack Dod in the ring, title slung over his shoulder and a typical smirk on his face. He calls out his monster, and the man he has hired to take care of things for him -- LESTER BOURBON! It was him! Lester has bulked up and looks like he has been living in the wilderness for the past few months! Lester comes out as the crowd looks on in awe at the newfound girth of Bourbon. He isn't fat, exactly, it just looks like he has been catching, fighting, lifting and then promptly eating wild boar. Lester gets to the ring and proclaims that he is a the King of Nawleanz, which I doubt anybody will contest, and that he is going to squash Jesus X even more than he already has. Jesus X has heard enough as he makes his way to the ring, as Jack Dod laughs and asks where buddy Spunk is, saying that after that brutal cage match last month, there is no way he could be ready to compete, never mind show his face in a ring any time soon. Well, this brought out Spunk, and we have an impromptu tag match on our handS! Dod working much like a young Flair is targeting the leg of Spunk, as Bourbon is just brutalizing Jesus X. This is now pretty, but both men are fighting back with all that they've got! Jesus X and Dod the legal men, but Dod has the upperhand with Spunk on the outside as he nails the Dodsmack! Lester brutalizing Jesus X and BOURBON STREET SLAM! Dod in the ring now, as he locks in the figure 4! Jesus X, former champ will not tap, but he is writhing in pain! Spunk is trying to claw his way back into the ring, but Bourbon with a well-planted boot puts him down, Lester off the ropes and LEG DROP ON JESUS X! He is out of it, the ref has called for the bell, and Jesus X is out! Dod will not let go of the hold, and the ref just got flung over the top rope by Lester like it was nothing! Officials are at ringside, but look to be afraid of entering the ring. Spunk finally to his feet and has rolled back into the ring, and Dod lets go of Jesus X, who is grabbing at his legs in pain. Dod is taking some cheap stomps at Spunk now, Lester helping out as well! Jack grabs his title belt as Lester holds onto Spunk from behind, Jack spitting on the belt and shining it up with his glove, fixing his hair in the reflection and then SMACK across the face of Spunk! Lester picks him up, and BOOM -- BOURBON STREET SLAM! Dod hovering over Spunk, putting the title in his face and shouting at him before both men leave, the officials finally getting into the ring to help both men up.

1. Big T (11:03 - B.A.D.) Paddy Baker
2. Brad Wolf (21:30 - Wolf's Bite) Ted Zannino
3. VIOLENCE (YUSUKE(O)/Shogo Otsuka) (29:46 - Shining Triangle) OdZ (ZODIAK(X)/DEMOS)
4. WILD International Heavyweight Championship: Dan Sommers(C) (14:16 - DQ) Bobo Gomez(C)

Tommy Fiero Arrested!

We've received word that after the match with Spunk last week, Tommy Fiero was arrested, according to this report. This looks like it might be the official end for Tommy Fiero in pro-wrestling, at least in Spunk Pro.

6.29.07 -- Cold Night in Hell

6.29.07 -- Cold Night in Hell

Tonight is the night, one of the biggest in Spunk Pro history -- Spunk vs Tommy Fiero, in a steel cage. The tension is thick on this hot, stinging summer evening as the fans file into the ringside area. Our first few matches of the night did a good job of warming things up, as Strike Force finally picked up the win over Romero and Guterez, Wolf using the Wolf's Bite on Guterez, nearly impaling him. DEMOS defended his SP Jr. Championship against Hector Casas, using the German Suplex for the win, and Bobo Gomez made his triumphant return to the ring after suffering an injury at the hands of Dan Sommers. Speaking of Sommers, backstage earlier, Paddy Baker was found laid out, Gabriel attending to him as Sommers and McFadden stroll by, McFadden commenting on 'poor Paddy, who couldn't keep his mouth shut' as Gabriel went to defend the honor of his partner. Sommers stepped in the way and incited Gabriel to defend his title against him, telling him he had nothing to lose -- except that purty gold belt.

It is on now, as Gabriel and Sommers are brawling throughout the ring, McFadden's prescence at ringside being felt, as Sommers at about the 10 minute mark nails the Alabama Nightmare -- but Gabriel rolls out of the ring, out on the floor as McFadden lays the boots into him. Gabriel back in, and doing his best to fend Sommers off, finally a comeback with a lariat, and it looks like Gabriel is in control here now! The fans are going wild, but all of this is out the window when Gabriel is setting up the Emerald Buster McFadden tugs on his boot, causing him to slip and drop Sommers, who quickly sets up the Alabama Nightmare and covers for the 3 count! We have a NEW WWA International Heavyweight Champion!

The next bout is for the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship! Jack Dod to take on the winner of the mini-tourney last time, D! D finally getting his shot at the title, and he believes this could be it. Emotions are high tonight as we've already had a title change, and later tonight Spunk takes on Tommy Fiero in a steel cage! D in the ring, as Jack heads to the ring. It was a tough, physical match, and it looked like D had the advantage leading into the finishing stretch, but the Lariat was quickly ducked and turned into the Dodsmack for the 3-count and dashed dreams of a championship run... Wait.. Dod going for another on D, we saw this with YUSUKE, he isn't going to stop until somebody is seriously hurt! Another one! Officials are trying to file in, but Dod is planting everybody who gets in his path with a stiff fist to the face! He is picking him up for another, and this is just not needed... Wait.. Wait.. What?! ITS YUSUKE! YUSUKE INTO THE RING! KNEEL KICK! KNEEL KICKS HAS BUSTED DOD WIDE OPEN AND HE IS BAILING FROM THE RING! YUSUKE helping D up, and the champion is backtracking here. Jack Dod is still the champion, but for how long?

The cage is being assembled, an awesome sight to behold as the fans stir in awe at the menacing structure. Fiero's music hits as he slowly emerges from the curtain, staring at the cage as he slowly marches to the ring, shaking the side of the cage with his hands before sliding in through the door and slinking back into the corner, trying to pump himself up. "Not Alone" comes over the arena as the fans erupt, the lights going dim as Fiero looks at the ground, determind. Spunk emerges from behind the curtain and quickly rips his shirt off, tossing it into the crowd while his eyes stay fixed on Fiero in the ring. He walks around the ring, slamming his fist up against each side before stopping at the door, moving to pull it open as Fiero runs at the door, sliding dropkick! The door slams into Spunks face! Spunk down and it looks like he is already busted wide open as Fiero out of the ring now, pulling over his robe and wrapping it around Spunk's throat, choking him on the floor as the ref is out there trying to stop him, but there are no DQs -- and hell, this match hasn't started yet. Fiero with a few closed fists to the open cut of Spunk, and finally lets go of the choke. Fiero taking this pre-emptive strike here and trying to end this early.

Fiero lining Spunk up now, who is staggering to his feet, trying to shake the cobwebs -- WHAMMY BAR! Sweet christ, this match hasn't even hit the ring yet and Spunk is in serious danger! Fiero picks Spunk up and tosses him into the ring, following himself, calling for the ref to ring the bell, and this match is finally underway. Fiero running for the door, but the door is bolted shut right now, he shouts for the ref outside to open it, but the ref informs him he has to pin, submit or escape to win this match, by climbing.. Fiero curses under his breath and spits on the ref as he dashes for the corner, ascending the ropes and trying to pull himself up and out of the cage. Spunk to his feet as he dashes at the ropes, pulling on Fiero's boot as Fiero tries to kick him off... Spunk climbing up now and Fiero slipping down a bit... Spunk steadying himself on the top rope, as Fiero is down onto the turnbuckle now. Spunk with a series of headbutts to Fiero's head! Fiero falls to the mat, as Spunk moves to the corner, and leaps at Fiero, knees first, Fiero rolls out of the way, Spunk landing on his knees! Fiero hops up and takes Spunk by the head and takes him over, headlock in now. Fiero for the next few minutes keeping Spunk grounded, working a headlock as well as taking every chance possible to grind his knuckle into his forehead, widening that gash. Every attempt to fight back being thwarted by another headlock, the fans starting to get hot, pounding for Spunk to fight out.

Spunk fighting to his feet, and tosses Fiero off the ropes, shoulderblock by both guys, Fiero off the ropes now and Spunk with a savate kick, and quickly transitions into a front choke sleeper! Fiero flipping out, trying to fight to the ropes, and Spunk lets go -- there are no DQs in this match, but he let go anyway. He gets up and starts kicking away at the downed Fiero, Fiero slipped between the ropes and the cage now, and Spunk is kicking away at the face of Fiero now, now grinding his boot against his face. Spunk dashes off the ropes -- AND THE BIG FUCKING BOOT TO THE FACE! Fiero sandwiched between the cage and Spunk's boot, and he is over in a heap now. Spunk pulls him out of the ropes and makes the cover... 1......2.... And Fiero Kicks out. Fiero on all fours now, trying to recompose himself -- AND A BIG KICK TO THE FACE BY SPUNK! Fiero is busted wide open now, as Spunk is just stomping away on him. Spunk picks Fiero up, off the ropes looking for a lariat -- DUCKED -- BACKSLIDE!! 1!!! 2!!! 2.99!! Spunk kicks out, Spunk tries to dash up, and Fiero plants him with the DDT! Spunk not wanting to stay down, he pulls himself up, and a Superkick by Fiero! Tommy with the cover... 1.....2.... Spunk kicks out! Spunk back up to his feet now, and Fiero with rights and lefts! Fiero off the ropes and Spunk with a big knee to the face! Fiero down, Fiero bloody, Spunk boody and both men look spent already.

Spunk pulling Fiero up by his trunks, looking for the ClimaXXX German Suplex it looks like -- FIERO WITH A WHAMMY BAR OUT OF NOWHERE! Fiero is pulling himself up, trying to escape this cage, bloody, battered, bruised and the look on his face is one of desperation. Spunk is barely stirring on the mat as Tommy pulls himself up, leaning against the ropes, climbing the turnbuckle slowly, standing on the top one as he holds himself up against the cage. Tommy tries to get a grip and pushes his boot into the cage, beginning the climb, about 6 feet up from the turnbuckle, but the look on his face tells a much different story -- it could be 20 feet away, or it could be infinite. Tommy finally gets his hand on the top of the cage, and is trying to pull himself up, the fans are going wild as Spunk pulls himself up, seeing Tommy nearly to the top of the cage.. Spunk staggers up and starts ramming his foot into the cage, trying to shake Fiero down, Fiero is wobbly, but has both hands up top and is trying to pull himself up.. Spunk tries to reach up, but Tommy's feet are out of reach, so Spunk begins climbing the turnbuckle, Fiero is pulling his knees up to his chest now, trying to get himself up and over as Spunk scrambles to get up there, steadying himself and planting his fist into Tommy's back as Tommy cringes, slipping a bit. Spunk moving himself into position -- no.. noo.. He looks like he is going to powerbomb Fiero from where he stands -- feet on the turnbuckle, Fiero trying to hold on for dear life to the top of the cage!

Spunk is pulling, pulling trying to powerbomb him to the mat in what would in the least seriously injure Fiero! Fiero holding on, but Spunk will not give up! Fiero pulls a hand free and begins punching Spunk on the top of the head, but it looks like nothing will stop him tonight! This gave Spunk enough leverage and he tosses all of his body weight forward, him and Fiero flying! Fiero leans back and frankensteiner! Spunk is down, Fiero is down, and the fans are breathless! Fiero slowly crawling to Spunk's motionless body, he makes the cover -- 1!!! 2!! ...... NO! HE KICKS OUT! The fans are on their feet here, as they cannot believe how much these men have put into this! The sheer hatred alone is fueling them both to give everything and more just to finish the other one off!

Tommy cannot believe this, as he pulls himself up and leans over in the corner, motioning for Spunk to pull himself up... It looks like he is lining him up for the Whammy Bar here, and Spunk staggers to his feet, using the ropes as a guide, and Tommy dashes at him -- WHAMMY BA--AHH! No, Spunk locks his arm around the ropes and Fiero is flat on his ass! Spunk with a few soccer kicks to the spine, then lets out a mighty roar as he dashes against the ropes, it looks like he is going for the Saikyo Face Kick! He goes for it -- FIERO DUCKS, SPUNK TRIPS -- FIERO WITH A SCHOOL BOY!! FIERO USING THE ROPES AS LEVERAGE! 1!!!!!! 2!!!! 2.9999999!!! HE BARELY GETS THE SHOULDER UP! Fiero just absolutely saved his life there, and he is coughing up blood now, the mat stained with both of their blood, it is hard to tell who exactly is in worse shape. Spunk rolls to the apron, in between the ropes and the cage as he is starting to pick himself up, Fiero dashes off the ropes and just flings his body at Spunk -- Spunk moves out of the way, and Fiero goes face first into the cage! Spunk grabs Tommy by the hair and is grinding his face against the cage! Fiero trying to break free as he screams out in pure agony, finally getting a thumb to the eye of Spunk, both men on their feet, dazed in between the ropes and the cage.

Fiero grabs Spunk by the hair and smashes his face against the cage. Spunk spits up blood, grabs Tommy by the hair and does the same! Back and forth now, each man seemingly letting the other smash his face into the chain link cage, both men just covered in blood! Spunk finally ducks under a punch and smashes Tommy's face into the cage again, but this time just collapsing back into the ring as Tommy slinks over, stuck between the ropes and the cage. Spunk pulls Fiero by the hair into the ring, and Tommy is just swinging wildly, now anywhere near Spunk, as Spunk slaps him across the face -- HARD, Fiero falling to his knees. Spunk tucks his head, and nails him with a snap powerbomb, Tommy writhing in pain on the mat! Spunk climbing to the top, and the fans are cheering for him to get out, get out! Spunk turns around to see Fiero still on the mat, and oh lord -- DOUBLE STOMP RIGHT ONTO FIERO'S CHEST!! Spunk falls back onto him for the cover!! 1.......................2................2.999999999!! That felt like the longest 2-count in Spunk Pro's history!

At this point it looks like neither man will go down for the count. Spunk climbing the ropes again, his tank clearly dangerously close to the empty point now, his movements sluggish as he tries to make his way up there... He has his hands on the top now, and pulls himself up to the top of the cage, sitting in the corner trying to catch his breath! He points down at Fiero, he isn't going to escape -- he wants to pin Fiero -- no, fuck that, he wants to KILL Fiero! He is going to go for the double stomp... from the top? It has to be 15 feet from the top of that cage to Fiero right now, Spunk has clearly lost his mind! Fiero starting to stir as Spunk is trying to pull himself up to his feet! Fiero quickly throws his body at the cage in a last ditch effort, sending Spunk back onto his ass, doing his best to keep his grip and not fall!

Fiero now with a burst of adrenaline as he is climbing the cage, Spunk trying to kick at him, but Fiero deflecting them with his free hand. Fiero is close now, and is close enough to... HIT HIM IN THE BALLS! Spunk in danger of falling backwards, out onto the floor and Fiero is holding onto him for dear life, not wanting him to fall out and get the win by default! Spunk reeling, but stable now as Fiero is straddling the top of the cage now, both men exchanging blows, but Fiero getting the better of him.

Not a single fan in this arena is in their chair, everybody is watching as both men duke it out 15 feet in the air, with a few inches of steel pipe keeping them both from falling! Fiero throws his leg over, and it looks like he isn't going to just try to escape, what is he doing? Fiero with a cravate on Spunk.. A cravate 15 feet in the air... Fiero is going for the Whammy Bar.. FROM THE TOP OF THE FUCKING CAGE!! Fiero shouts out as he tries to pull Spunk down, but Spunk's hands are firmly grasping the cage, his knuckles white and his palms sweaty as he tries to keep his grip. Fiero keeps trying to torque him free and send them both crashing to the canvas! Spunk takes his chance an pulls his hand free, nailing Fiero in the ribs with a hard shot, and Fiero reeling a bit, almost falling... Wait... Spunk puts his arm over Tommy's head and pulls him up close... What.. What.. Dear god no, Spunk has Fiero up now, and there is no way, there is no way...

There is now way... Not from here, not like this, it is too high... Spunk lets out a scream as he has Fiero in what looks like a set up for the Fucking Frosion.. BUT HE IS ON TOP OF THE CAGE!! Spunk digs his heels into the cage and tenses up one last time before pushing himself off.. Both men taking flight, blood, sweat... They are falling! Spunk has him in it... Dear fucking lord...

FROSION!!!! FROM THE TOP OF THE FUCKING CAGE! TOMMY FIERO JUST GOT HIS HEAD SPIKED ONTO -- NO, INTO THAT CANVAS UNLIKE WE'VE EVER SEEN BEFORE. The ref looks like he just witnessed a car wreck, and both men are down, neither moving. The fans are going absolutely batshit insane right now, and Spunk is barely stirring, crawling on his elbows towards Fiero, finally draping an arm over him... The ref drops down..

1.....................
....2.........................

3!!!!!! There is no way he'd kick out of that one! Fiero is down! The bell rings, almost mutated and in slow motion as Spunk rolls over onto his back and mashes his hands against his face, covering his eyes as the ref comes over, raising up his limp arm! Medics are swarming the ring now as they secure Fiero to a stretcher and slide him out of the ring.. Spunk finally up to his knees now, tears in his eyes as he pounds a fist into the mat. The fans are jumping the barriers now as the medics rush Fiero out of the arena, his neck in a brace, his body strapped down and blood everywhere.. Fans are starting to try to climb up the cage, as others dash through the doors! Spunk slumps over on his knees as fans begin to fill up the ring, the arena is just exploding with excitement... The fans picking Spunk up, raising his arm as he looks like the walking dead right now. This is a moment that nobody, no fan, no wrestler, no office worker, nobody, will ever forget -- SPUNK HAS DEFEATED TOMMY FIERO, AND HE HAS DONE SO IN THE MOST DECISIVE MANNER POSSIBLE.

Spunk Pro -- 6.9.07 Press Conference

We are days away from what should be one of the shining moments in Spunk Pro history; Tommy Fiero vs Spunk, with the rumblings being true and this indeed being a STEEL CAGE match. A lot more than this will be on the line at this show, as we've confirmed that D will indeed challenge Jack Dod for the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship, in a match that many feel D has been ready for and deserving of for about a year now; his shot to shine and become the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Champion of the World.

On top of that, we can confirm that a HUGE match has been added to the card; Sean Gabriel vs Dan Sommers, after the events of our last show, Spunk Pro officials felt that this was a match the fans are dying to see and should be absolutely brutal, stiff and one to not miss. Don't miss it -- This weekend! It is bound to change things forever.

6.09.2007

6.3.07 - A Night Like This

6.3.07 - A Night Like This

The show starts off with Tommy Fiero in the ring, pacing back and forth looking like he is ready to explode. The fans are chanting 'you suck' at him as well as pelting him with garbage as the look on his face is one of pain, last time he was in this ring his shoulders were pinned to the mat by the man he trusted to make sure he didn't lose that belt, Jack Dod. Jack Dod, the new champion is the man he calls out, demanding a rematch here tonight. Instead of Jack Dod's music, it is Jesus X's music! Jesus X, and everybody in this arena feels as though he has been cheated last week, and deserves another shot before Tommy Fiero does. Fiero says he is the former champion, and deserves -- oh shit, here comes Spunk! Spunk never got a rematch when he lost the title, Fiero effectively ducked him. This is a mess, all three men are arguing they deserve shots, and oh lord, here comes Dan Sommers! All four men are arguing in the ring at who deserves Jack Dod first.

The familiar music plays over the loudspeakers, and Jack Dod storms through the curtain, title around his waist and huge smile. Dod laughs and soaks in the chaos in the arena for a while before he opens his mouth, telling them none of them deserve to shine his boots. He tells all 4 men that he is in the driver's seat now, and decides who he faces and who he doesn't. Apparently this doesn't sit well with him, as D runs up from behind and nails him with a lariat! Things completely break down now, as we have refs and officials everywhere breaking them up. When Dod is to his feet he says tonight Jesus X, Tommy Fiero, Dan Sommers and Spunk will square off in a one night tournament to see who faces him. This leaves D, who is being held back from him, as Dod looks at him and tells him "tough luck, kid. Maybe you can be an alternate if anybody gets hurt, but for now, you are nothing but a punk."

Things start to clear up as the card takes shape, we are given word from Marakuso that he is working on assembling this right now, and it looks like it will be Spunk vs Tommy Fiero and Dan Sommers vs Jesus X, winners square off, winner takes all and gets a shot at Jack Dod next week. We now cut backstage to the Celtic Bruisers talking about their tag team title match tonight against OdZ, a match that has been built to for quite a while now, only for a familiar voice to come in from off-camera.

"Well me'boys, I'm here, much like we agreed," the camera pans over to Seamus McFadden, as scummy as every, twirling his cane.

"Aye, Seamus," Sean pats him on the shoulder. "Tonight we face a buncha' liars an' cheaters! They have our number when its the three 'o them, we need to even the odds."

"An' even the odds we shall, my boy, we shall." Seamus raps the cane on the ground a few times. "You boys prepare, for tonight things go exactly as they should, an' you boys will get exactly what you deserve."

"Aye!" Sean yells out as Paddy clenches his fist and shouts as well, they both pat Seamus on the shoulder and walk off, looking more confident now, as Seamus huffs and fixes his suit.

Our first match of the evening is 2 teams from south of hte border facing off in what was a quick-paced bout that wowed the fans. The absolutely amazing Espirito picks up the win over the two rudos alongside Hector Casas using his speed to his favor and using a diving hurricanrana for the 3-count. The next bout is a change at revenge for Brad Wolf, after Guterez made his debut of sorts last time and low-blowed his way into the hearts of the fans, or their ire, either way. This match was back and forth, with Guterez the vet brawler and Wolf, not one to brawling either took it to the elder Mexican, but it was another low blow and an inside cradle that ended this match, giving Guterez the win!

Wait! We have word something is going on backstage! Our cameras catch up and its Fiero standing over Spunk, chain dangling from his hand, blood-dripping from him as Spunk lays out on the ground, covered in his own blood. Fiero motions for him to get up, as Spunk is slowly picking himself up -- WHAMMY BAR! Fiero is one sick bastard, and looks like he might have bought a bye into the finals here tonight! Fiero makes his way out for his match, as he looks quite smug when they announce Spunk, play his music and he is nowhere to be found. Marakuso comes out and says that Spunk is injured and being inspected by doctors right now, there is no way he can wrestle. Fiero nods in agreement and grabs the ref, telling him to raise his hand just as D's music hits and he sprints down to the ring. The look on Fiero's face is probably much like when he read the first string of reviews for his film. We'd like to see the look on his face as he went down for the 3-count after the huge, crushing lariat, but most of the fans were too busy celebrating, and Fiero was a bloody mess anyway, I doubt we'd have seen much. D wasn't even supposed to be in the tournament, and now he has a chance of fighting for the title next week!

Fiero up, and the fans are pelting him with garbage again, and he comes Spunk! Both men exchanging blows, and the fans are going nuts. Spunk levels Fiero with an elbow to the face and grabs the house mic, "I'm sick of you, Fiero. This is months and months in the making, but you've cost me too much; my pride, my championship, and almost my company. Next week, its you and me, one on one. Next week, we settle this for good."

The fans erupt at the thought of the very first STEEL CAGE match in Spunk Pro, between Tommy Fiero and Spunk, the singles match that everybody has been dying to see since what, like September? We take a quick look backstage as we see Seamus McFadden peeking through a door, nodding, "so tonight, your impact will be felt. Tonight you help me this one time, this one time, and I'll make you a star." He backs up as the door swings open, the hulking mass of Dan Sommers stepping out.

"Jus' this once, an' I got myself whatever I want?" Dan glares at Seamus, who laughs and pats him on the back.

"Dan my boy, you stick with me an' I'll get you anything you want," he points towards the curtain. "Now go out there and get your title shot."

Sommers vs Jesus X is up next, and the fans seem firmly behind Jesus X, something that a few months ago seemed nearly impossible. Jesus X the longest reigning champion in our history, the most dominant save for Big T in the early days, and easily the most devious, but the tables have turned and he returns as a hero. The task at hand tonight is not an enviable one, though, as he has to take out the monster in Dan Sommers. Sommers has been on a tear, destroying everything in his path with his patented Alabama Nightmare. Nobody has survived the Nightmare yet. Jesus X fought incredibly hard, but he couldn't survive the Nightmare. He reversed it quite a few times, but when it finally hit, the match was over. This makes our main event of the evening Dan Sommers vs D, winner next week fights Jack Dod in what is looking to be a huge card, with Spunk vs Tommy Fiero.

We move on now to a match for the tag team championship, between the champions, OdZ, who have been completely unstoppable, leaving blood, carnage and fire in their wake against the Celtic Bruisers, easily the toughest two men who have ever set foot into the Spunk Pro ring. From what we've seen they have brought in Seamus McFadden to even the odds tonight, as RUINER will most likely show up at some point, and by the looks of it, Seamus will be bringing back up in DAN SOMMERS, who just had a grueling match with Jesus X. Things start off slow, as Sean and Paddy try to feel out their opponents, but these guys are not for being felt out, as it already starts looking bleak for them with biting, clawing, thumbs to the eye and low blows. Sean and Paddy are never ones to get outclassed though, as their punches and headbutts are doing massive amounts of damage. It is back and forth between the four men until RUINER peeks out from UNDERNEATH THE RING and tosses salt in the eyes of Sean Gabriel! DEMOS is arguing with the ref now, who is keeping Baker at bay while ZODIAK and RUINER are putting the boots to Sean on the outside! This is brutality! R-75 by RUINER! ZODIAK gets Gabriel up, and he is looking for a tombstone on the floor.. RUINER tells him to hold on as he peels back the mats, he is going to do this on the concrete!

Here comes McFadden! McFadden run/waddling out from behind the curtain, waving his arms towards Sean from the back, and here comes Dan Sommers! Sommers dashes out and gets the greatest crowd reaction we've heard for him since he has teamed with Hobo Joe! Have things turned around here for him! ZODIAK drops Sean as he stands toe-to-toe with Sommers, McFadden standing behind him shouting, and the ref has taken notice, finally and is trying to break this up. Baker, loose now hops on DEMOS and begins pounding away on him and the ref sees this and tries to break it up. Gabriel trying to make his way back into the ring and Sommers lariats ZODIAK! McFadden with a cane to the eye of RUINER and Sommers is picking Gabriel up, who seems like dead weight at this point. He hoists him up on his shoulder with McFaddens help and looks like he is going to roll him back into the ring, he starts to, then looks over at McFadden, who smiles at him. Sommers steps back and... No.. No.. Dear lord no -- ALABAMA NIGHTMARE!! The arena has fallen silent, as Sommers and McFadden stand over the fallen Gabriel... RUINER getting up and looking over in disbelief, and the fans don't know what to do, what to say, shock. Sommers violently picks up the body of Gabriel and tosses him into the ring, Baker is looking over confused and is down off the apron, chasing after McFadden, only for Sommers to level him with a lariat! DEMOS regains himself and quickly locks in the SIDS Clutch! 1.............. 2........ not this way.. not THIS way.. 3! Its over! OdZ retains the titles, and McFadden is a giant little squirmy piece of shit! McFadden and Sommers head to the back, as McFadden is laughing maniacally, twirling his cane. He is heard shouting "You were weak, Gabriel! You were weak! You let these people get into your head! Sommers is strong! You both are weak"

If anything, this helped Sommers, as this gives him some time to rest up before his match against D. Officials are cleaning out the ring and helping both Celtic Bruisers to the back, Gabriel refusing a stretcher or assistance from officials and is being dragged out, Baker draping his arm over his shoulder. The fans applaud as the two make their way to the back, both beaten down and without the tag titles, a look of determination in Gabriel's eyes.

D making his way down to the ring now, looking as ready as ever to take the world on. Here comes Sommers now, to a loud, loud array of boos, and he is getting the "Tommy Fiero Garbage Treatment" now as well, Seamus McFadden in tow, yelling at the fans to shut up! This match was as hard-hitting as they come, D using the more traditional Japanese style with his striking and moves that look like they hurt, while Dan is just a fucking monster and likes to hurt people. McFadden getting in his trademarked 'cheap shots(TM)' on D whenever the ref isn't looking, and the crowd is molten for this match! D, who years in the making has been waiting for this chance to finally claim the throne of Spunk Pro, get out of the shadow of Spunk and his brother, Jesus X, and claim what he feels to be his destiny. Of course the only problem right now is a 280 pound monster with fists of granite and a knee of solid steel as well as the little carny bastard waving his cane around on the outside. Dan is in firm control now, as a series of backdrops and devastating lariats have really gotten to D's head. Dan has him up for the Nightmare, and the crowd is erupting, there is commotion, Paddy Baker running down the ramp, and the ref dashes out to stop him, as Dan drops D, shouting at the ref to get back in here and let him kill D. McFadden down! McFadden down! Gabriel just jumped out of the crowd and clocked him in the back of the head! Gabriel grabs the cane, and holds it up to the lights, the fans going nuts. Sommers still isn't paying attention, as Gabriel has slid into the ring. D is staggering to his feet as well. Gabriel is poised behind Sommers, whom he taps on the shoulder.. Sommers turns around and -- WHACK -- WHIFF! Sommers ducks, D off the ropes and Gabriel moves out of the way, Sommers didn't see that lariat coming! D just took his freaking head off with that lariat! The ref slides in just in time for the count... 1.....2.......3!!! D has done it! D, who wasn't even supposed to be involved in this will go on to face JACK DOD FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

Sommers is up, and he looks like he has no clue what has happened, he is looking around and look out, Gabriel in the ring, and he uses that cane and just cracks him right in the skull with it! Sommers is out! Gabriel stands over him, the cane held high as we cut away, and until next time, this is SPUNK PRO, and this is CHAOS.

Ladies and gentlemen, we deeply and sincerely apologize for the whole month you, the fans, had to deal without SPUNK PRO WRESTLING ACTION -- for that, we feel quite horrible, well, not really. ONTO THE SHOW! Manakuro Marakuso, the commissioner of the WWA (LOLZ is that still around?) came out and said that Tommy Fiero MUST defend his newly won championship tonight, as it has been well over a month since he won the title and has not defended it. While he understands that there hasn't been a show in a month, he quoted financial difficulties stemming from Fiero himself, so that Fiero won't mind defending the title tonight... Against Jesus X! The crowd erupts at this announcement, and our show begins with said earth-shakin' newz. Our first match of the evening sees STRIKE FORCE, former Tag Champs as of a few shows ago getting back into winning ways against two men leaning on the older side from Mexico called 'Loco Hombres.' While most saw them and laughed, the fight they put up was intense. The match ended when Guterez blatantly nailed Stone in the stones (get it? GET IT?) in front of the ref, who quickly disqualified Pedro and Romero while Stone lay on the mat groping at his manhood screaming. The fans booed, a lot.

Backstage now our possibly-camouflaged cameraman catches up to see Tommy Fiero and Jack Dod talking backstage. Fiero has the belt strapped over his shoulder, a 'Musicians Friend' catalog strewn out over the table as he points at it, "Look dude, I want an axe to attach to my rockin' belt so I can jam some tunes when I come out!"

"Uh, right, 'dude' you do know you have a title defense tonight," Dod glares up at Fiero who looks back at him kinda glazed over then back at the catalog. "Right?"

"Yeah, yeah, but then I was thinking about the Cherry Sunburst with the tortoise pick-guard and the..." He pauses, "wait... WHAT? I defend my title? Against who?" He looks up at Dod who shakes his head.

"Jesus X," he laughs, patting him on the shoulder. "You did hear that old dude say that like, uh, half an hour ago, right?"

"Uh," Fiero looks around, then slams his fist down. "Damnit! No! Dude, I need your help! I'm not ready for this -- I mean, don't get me wrong I can beat him with both hands tied behind my back, Gran Pumudo on my back and Manapoopo Marryaguyo gnawing on my leg, brah. But," he stares at Dod long and hard. "But, I want you to garuntee me you'll make sure nothing fishy goes on."

"Yeah, why not?" Dod shrugs, but I want something out of it."

"Yeah! Whoo! Yeaaa--uh, like what?"

"A title shot, anytime, anywhere," he pats the title on Tommy's shoulder, Tommy swaying back a little bit.

"Uhh, yeah!" He pats the title, then gives Dod a knuckle to the shoulder. "You know I'm good for it bro, that cameraman right there trying to hide as my witness, you have my word, bro. Anytime, anywhere... As long as you make sure I'm still the champ."

Dod smiles and pats him on the shoulder again and walks off smirking to himself as Tommy sighs and picks up the catalog again. Big T is on next in what has become his somewhat symbolic destruction of another member of the roster with the B.A.D., this time Wataru Araya. It wasn't even close. Paddy Baker challenged ZODIAK in the third bout of the evening, in what was one of ZODIAK's stiffest challenges to date, Baker seriously tossing everything in his power at ZODIAK and things looking bleak for him. Just when Baker looked comfortable, RUINER distracted the ref and DEMOS low-blowed Baker from behind, which led right into a Tombstone Piledriver from ZODIAK, knocking Baker loopy for the 3-count. This bled right into the next match, where Gabriel ran out to check on Baker and RUINER attacks him, the tag champs looking on, pleased as RUINER grabs a mic and tells Gabriel he wants his title, as he wants everybody in OdZ to hold some gold and truly dominate Spunk Pro. Gabriel gladly obliges and then gives him a 16 minute and 27 second lesson in getting his ass kicked. While trying to run a ref distraction, Baker elbows DEMOS in the back of the knee, sending him spilling to the ground and distracting RUINER enough to get caught in a Package Backdrop Suplex Hold for a 3-count.

As the semi-main is about to get underway, Jack Dod and Dan Sommers making their way to the ring, Spunk is backstage with D, where he apologizes for everything that has happened and tells him he doesn't want him to be in the match, he doesn't want him to get hurt. D protests as Spunk explains that everybody around him, starting with D a few months back, gets hurt. He has a heavy heart and a guilty conscious and feels he needs to fight his own battles. D tells him to hold on and explains to him that he is the master of his own fate, and is willing to put himself on the line to get his hands on Sommers, who injured Bobo Gomez, his recent partner, and wants to finally show that he deserves a shot at the title. The first fall was D on fire, as he forced the devious Jack Dod to submit to the Sasorigatame in 25 minutes! Dod, knowing there were 2 falls left didn't want to sustain anymore damage, and quickly tagged Sommers in. From here it was chaos. Sommers falls Spunk in 7 minutes with a sick looking lariat, nearly decapitating him. Spunk tries to fight back in the next fall, but D tags himself in, Spunk begging him to stay out, but D doesn't want to listen. D is tired and Sommers is pissed, and after a lariat and D kicking out (FIGHTING SPIRIT!!!) drops him with the Alabama Death Drop (Inverted DDT) for the 3-count. Sommers has D up after the bell has rung for the Alabama Nightmare but eats a flying knee from Spunk for the save!

Now ladies and gentlemen, our main event, for the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship! Jesus X is out and looks ready to take back his title that he held for over a year, the longest and most successful champion of all time. Tommy Fiero is just looking to hold onto his newly won title and prove that he deserves it, that all of the bragging and showboating, film making and everything else is part of a warrior, not just an actor. Jesus X fights hard, and looks to have the upperhand throughout most of the bout, but that all changes once Jack Dod makes his appearance. Dod knows the score, wants that title and wants that title on Fiero. Fiero, thinking fast and seeing that he is in danger as Jesus X looking for the Final Cut rakes him in the eyes, the ref admonishing him as Fiero pulls him into the corner and argues with him. This leaves just enough time for Dod to slide in, Jesus X to turn around to meet a POW! Kick to the gut, DODSMACK!!! He just got leveled! Dod slides out of the ring, only for Fiero to put one foot on Jesus X's chest for the pin.. 1....2....2.99!! FIERO CANNOT BELIEVE IT! THE FANS ARE GOING WILD! DOD IS POUNDING ON THE MAT, FURIOUS! Jesus X stumbles to his feet and Fiero with the Whammy Bar!! He makes the pinfall -- 1...2...3, and this one is over, Fiero has stolen it again! Fiero jumping up and down like he just won an Academy Award or something, like that would ever happen to him anyway, and Dod in the ring celebrating with him. Dod whispers something to the ref, who stands back in the corner, Dod pushing him away. Dod raises Fiero's hand up high as Fiero holds the title in the other hand. Dod offers to take the title and put it around his waist, Fiero nods and turns around, holding his arms up, as Dod nods to the ref who calls for the bell!!

NO WAY! Fiero turns around in shock only to get clocked with the title!! The fans are going wild as Dod looks long and hard at the title, Fiero down. Dod drops the title and picks up Fiero's limp body by the arm, draping him over his shoulder. Dod lets out a mighty laugh as he swings Fiero around and nails the beautiful Dodsmack on him, Fiero's neck snapping back. Dod lays over Fiero for the cover.. 1.........2.... this isn't happening... 3!! WE HAVE A NEW SPUNK PRO HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, AND IT IS.. JACK FUCKING DOD! The fans are going nuts, as Dod celebrates with the title high overhead. Jack Dod's plan has finally come to light, this is what he planned, this is what he wanted -- this is what he got.

4.29.2007

4.29 - Return of the Damned

4.29 - Return of the Damned

The show began in a much more calm fashion than our last few shows, as AKAHIRA came out and challenged the new Spunk Pro International Champion AND Tag Team Champion, ZODIAK. ZODIAK made quick work of him, in just over 3 minutes, using the Demon Driver II to finish the job. After the match, the Celtic Bruisers came out and demanded they get their title match this week. ZODIAK laughed and told them that it was the ex-champions that promised them a title match, that they'd have to prove they deserved the belts first. Gabriel cries bullshit and charges at the ring, with Baker in tow, only for RUINER and DEMOS to pop up from behind and lay them out. ZODIAK then tells them that DEMOS and RUINER would be happy to face the former champions tonight, but he has already competed, and needs to be well-rested before defending the titles. The crowd is hot on this, booing loudly, but the Celtic Bruisers NEVER back down from a fight, and later on tonight we have ourselves a tag team match.

We now go backstage to where D is preparing for his match later tonight against former tag champion, Lee Stone. D gives us a grave update saying that Bobo's accumulated injuries from the Alabama Nightmare and their match last week was treated for multiple concussions and will be out for a while, this coming on the heels of the absolute beating YUSUKE took last week from Jack Dod, and the mauling Hobo Joe took from Dan Sommers, the Spunk Pro roster seems to be on the injured reserve lately. Back to the ring, where Spunk, the fallen hero stands alone, no title in sight, and a grim look on his face. "I let you all down," he starts, quietly. "I let myself down, I let this company down," he pauses and sighs. The fans are quiet as he collects himself, Shogo standing next to him patting him on the back, only for him to shrug Shogo off. "As far as I'm concerned, I've let the whole entire..."

"Seriously dude," another voice booms over the loudspeaker, "shut up! Whine whine whine, nobody cares!" Its Tommy Fiero, ringside now with the title around his waist, Jack Dod next to him. "You are all looking at the NEEEEEEEEEEEEEW..." He pauses, rubbing his wrist against the title belt and holding the faceplate in his hands, tilting it up towards his face, before pumping his fists out, "YEAH! WHOOOOOOOO! Spunk Pro..." He pauses again to a loud round of boos, he waits for it to die down, "Heavyweight.... CHAMPION," the word Champion delivered with a hiss.

"Fiero, Fiero fuck you, Fiero!" Spunk is livid now, leaning over the ropes with Shogo holding him back. "Tonight, Fiero. I want a rematch tonight Fiero. I want you out of here, I want that title back!" Fiero chuckles and rubs the belt again, staring down at it with a cocky smile. He approaches the ring, only to stop short, shake his finger and turn around to incite the crowd again.

"I'm not stupid! I beat you fair and square last week," Fiero laughs. "I.. I beat you, I destroyed you, I and I alone did the..." he pauses only to see a ruckus in the crowd, a fan flies over the guard rail, nose bleeding as Dan Sommers steps over the guard rail, elbowing another fan in the face, grabbing the mic out of Fiero's hand, leaving him stunned.

"You? YOU!?" He stares down at Fiero, then looks up Dod. "Fucker, I had him beaten. Without me, you woulda gotten your fuckin' face kicked in, an' I woulda gotten that pin after I cracked that fucker's skull an' sent him to la-la-land." Fiero starts snapping his fingers and demanding another mic. Dod laughs and pulls one out, Fiero looking confused as he takes it from him.

"Um, ok.. Uh, yeah." He pats Dan on the shoulder, only for Dan to glare at him. "Mr. Sommers, uh... You sure were in the, uh..." Fiero stutters, backing up a bit. "The uh, wrong place at the wrong time, because YOU..." He shakes off his fear, and gets in Dan's face. "You, my friend.. YEAH! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" he yells right in Dan's face, only for Dan to turn his cheek away from him, looking like he is going to murder him. "You felt the Whammy Bar, dude. You don't deserve a shot at this title, none of you do!"

The lights go out, the fans get hushed, as a faint white X illuminates the ring. The fans start to rumble as another voice booms out. "I believe that you owe me something, Thomas." The fans explode as the house lights come back on to see Jesus X standing in the middle of the ring, much to everybody's surprise. Fiero is seen looking back at Dod and mouthing "what?" as Dod shrugs, pointing into the ring like he had seen a ghost. "Fiero, we had a deal. You got the money, I got the title and control of the company. But Thomas, none of that happened." He glares down at Fiero, who is livid now, shouting back at him that their deal was never like that. "You see," he speaks to the fans now. "We had a deal, that included me ensuring his victory for that title," he points at the title around Fiero's waist as Tommy guffaws, patting it and then patting his chest like he is some sort of warrior. "That as soon as he got that, got what he wanted, got to use it to promote his little movie, then I'd give him money from my ministries for him to buy this... promotion out, I'd be handed the title and creative control over it." The fans are booing loudly now, "boo all you want! But I was going to reform things, make things right, Fiero there," he points down at him. "Fiero was just a part of the plan, a puppet if you will. Things here are much bigger, much more complex than he knows."

"Whoa, whoa whoa," Spunk interrupts. "You weren't garunteed SHIT," the fans erupt as Spunk gets in his face. "You had a number one contenders match against 001, and I doubt you would have left unscathed enough to come out and fuck with me, never mind I had Shogo and YUSUKE to look after me..."

"Hey, buddy boy, how is your boy YUSUCKY there holdin' up?" Dod belts out, chewing gum with a smirk on his face as Spunk glares at him, as it was reported earlier that YUSUKE suffered a neck injury from Dod's attack last week and will be out of action for an unknown amount of time. Spunk shakes his head and turns back to Jesus X.

"Things... Things are bigger than you can grasp," Jesus X snaps off to Spunk. "So tonight, Fiero.. Tonight I'm cashing in on our contract. I want my title, as there is no way I'm going to get control apparently, as you fucked THAT one up pretty badly," he sneers. Fiero is livid, as he is tearing ass for backstage, with Dod trying to stop him.

"Cut it out, nobody is getting a fucking shot tonight, this shit is oveerrrrrrrrrrrrererer..." Fiero stumbles as Sommers has a firm grasp on his hair, not letting him move an inch. "Let the fuck go you hillbilly!" Sommers pulls hard, slamming Fiero down onto the concrete as Fiero yelps. Dod holds Sommers back and tells him to calm down, as he helps Fiero to his feet, holding him back from going after Sommers. "You fucker I swear that I'll..."

"Cut it out!" Dod slaps him across the face.

"Ow, why'd you..."

"Shut it!" Dod holds a finger over Fiero's mouth, "how 'bout this? You three clowns in the ring, take on us out here, huh?" Spunk and Shogo glare at each other, and then at Jesus X, back to each other, and then long and hard at Jesus X. Sommers seems to be oblivious, and looks like he just wants to kill somebody, as Fiero whispers into Dod's ear, Dod shaking his head and whispering back, Fiero nods in agreement and pats him on the shoulder. "C'mon, you three in there don't have shit on anybody out here, we'll even give you 2/3 falls to try to one-up us!"

"I could care less, this is just delaying the inevitable," Jesus X says. "But I'm game," the fans erupt as Spunk and Shogo are consulting with each other, Jesus X turning to Spunk, offering his hand. Spunk stares down at it, long and hard, before turning away, only for Shogo to argue with him, Jesus X's hand still extended. Spunk turns around and looks down at it, running his hands through his hair in frustration and kicking the bottom rope before he thrusts his hand out and shakes Jesus X's hand quickly, the fans erupting in cheers before he pulls away and jumps out of the ring. It looks like we have ourselves a main event set up here tonight, including the return of Jesus X! This is huge! This is confusing! This is Spunk Pro at its finest!

Hell, we still have a whole card to burn through here! Tomohiro Ito, the returning young sensation took on the tough challenge of Brad Wolf next, the former International Champion and Tag Champion, in a hard fought bout that ended after a huge Implant DDT from Ito, taking down the former tag champ in 16 minutes! Wolf's partner Stone had about the same amount of luck next, as he fell to D's tough lariat in 20 minutes in what was a hard fought battle, and one of D's biggest wins since his return. The Celtic Bruisers then fought the OdZ team of DEMOS and RUINER to a tough draw, with both men working over RUINER's weakened right arm throughout. It would have been a decisive finish for the Bruisers, had ZODIAK not nailed the ref with a chair after Baker nailed RUINER with a shoulderbreaker and had the Kimura locked in tight, RUINER visibly tapping, but the 30 minute time limit being reached while the ref was laid out. Baker and Gabriel were furious, as they chased ZODIAK to the back, DEMOS tending to RUINER who was heavily favoring his arm after the match.

Now here we are, the main event time in what is a very interesting Heavyweight title picture, we have Spunk, the former Champion, Shogo, his long-term Spunk Pro partner, former Junior ace and Champion, as well as Jesus X, the longest reigning Spunk Pro Heavyweight Champion and if anything, THE villain of the company before Fiero came around... This is something we thought we'd never see -- not only Jesus X back in the Spunk Pro ring, but teamed with Spunk. Then, on the other end, we have those two egotistical bastards Jack Dod, who really needs no introduction whatsoever, I mean, he is Jack Dod, former UWH Champion, leader of the Dod Squad and just general jackass, Tommy Fiero, the Heavyweight Champion, pretentious film-director-turned-giant-failure-and-embarrassment-to-the-wrestling-business, and Dan Sommers -- the most unpredictable powerderkeg we've ever seen. The man is a human wrecking ball, with 2 confirmed kills since snapping -- Hobo Joe and Bobo Gomez, with what looks like no end. He could also be held directly responsible for Fiero even holding that belt. Basically, in the ring right now we have the most dynamic scene we've probably ever seen.

The bell rings, and its brutal from the start. Sommers is an absolute beast, tearing through everybody in his path, and Fiero is hanging back trying to not get involved. When it comes down to Dan and Jesus X, the fans are in awe as Dan destroys the former champion, leveling him with a lariat, then hitting the huge powerbomb and Jesus X staying down for the 3 count! The first fall is down, and it was Dan putting down the returning Jesus X for the dupe! Things have degenerated into an all-out-brawl now, this is just not pretty. Spunk and Dod the legal men now, and Fiero finally showing his face in the ring, hitting a chop block on Spunk, then dragging him to the outside! Spunk is still showing the effects from last week's title match, taking the Alabama Nightmare and being so far the only man to really live to talk about it, but he is none-the-better for it, and its showing here as Fiero is putting it to him. Dod and Sommers are taking care of business in the ring, and ref Nick Fatts has lost complete control now, all he can do is count Spunk out on the outside as Spunk tries to get in, getting up to the apron only to eat a lariat from Dan, spilling him back out onto the outside, nailing his head on the railing! Fiero taking advantage here and has the Lock of Rock on him again! 18...19..20! Spunk has been counted out, and in just 2 falls this match is over! Things have degenerated into all-out mayhem here, as expected!

Dod Superkicks Jesus X out of the ring, and its Sommers and Dod trading blows on Otsuka, Spunk's last real cohort left here, and Dod is motioning to the back -- here come DEMOS and RUINER! Christ, this isn't going to be pretty! What are they doing? Dod with a Superkick to Shogo, laying him out! He sits him up, and RUINER off the ropes -- REVALATIONS!! (sliding kenka kick) That just took his head off! DEMOS picks him up, and drives him down with a pedigree! This is disgusting, somebody stop this! Sommers pushes everybody out of the way and hoists him onto his shoulders. Dod looks giddy in there as Sommers is about to drop him, Dod jumping up and down laughing as Jesus X looks on from outside, fully recovered, Spunk in the Lock of Rock with a bird's eye view of this, calling out for Jesus X to help Shogo, to get Shogo down. Jesus X simply looks on as Sommers pushes him off his shoulders, Spunk letting out a scream just as Shogo's face smacks up against Sommers' knee, a loud crack heard throughout the now silent arena, Otsuka completely out on the canvas... Spunk finally breaks free and tries to dash into the ring, but Fiero catches him with an elbow to the back of the head, Jesus X simply walking backstage as OdZ hover around and stomp the fallen Otsuka. The camera focuses on Dan's face, cold and stoned, then to Dod who has a sadistic grin on his face. Gabriel and Baker dash out from backstage, both criss-crossing around Jesus X and hit the ring, pulling OdZ to the outside and smashing them around the ringside area and spilling out into the crowd, the camera fading out on Jesus X standing in the entrance-way, flipping his hair back and staring into the chaos at ringside.

Nothing makes sense anymore.

4.22.2007

4.22 - NOW

4.22 - NOW

Tonight we embark on what should be an insane night following an insane show last week, with not only the most hated man in Spunk Pro history, Tommy Fiero showing up, but with Jack Dod as his partner! We had the debut of a Spunk Pro trainee, Big T's rampage leading to his destruction in his debut match! On top of that, ZODIAK defended his Spunk Pro International Championhip, Strike Force pulled off what we would consider a MAJOR upset over the tag champions, stealing the gold out from under what we all thought was an unstoppable force in the Celtic Bruisers! On top of that, Alabama Dan -- now known as Dan Sommers explained his actions, what he wanted, and showed us the raw power of the Alabama Nightmare again, unleashing his fury against Spunk Pro stalwart Bobo Gomez. Then of course we had Tommy Fiero's impact last week, pinning the Champion, Spunk, in a clean 1-2-3 with the help of Jack Dod, in a move that both upset and confused Spunk Pro fans worldwide!

Tonight we face what we could call the fall out, but what we face we are unaware of yet. Things begin as Spunk makes his way to the ring, the Spunk Pro Championship dangling from his hand, as he lays it out in the middle of the ring and yells for Fiero to get his ass out there. Our cameras catch up backstage with Fiero and Dod as they are making their way out to ringside, ZODIAK catching Dod's eye as he stops, sending Fiero out to the ring as he reaches into his bag, pulls out his wallet and slips ZODIAK a fold of cash. "You've gotten him shaken, thats all I wanted. Move along now, he is mine." ZODIAK just laughs as Fiero turns back around and tells Dod to hurry up, asking what he had to do with that maniac, only for Dod to usher them out, saying he has his own plans to get to the title. He thinks the direct route is, "fucking retarded."

Spunk tells Fiero he wants to end this here tonight. No more tags, no more hiding, just mono 'e mono, in the ring. Fiero laughs and explains that he'd love it, as long as the title is on the line. Spunk laughs and says he'd love to, all the while Jack Dod is on the sidelines flirting with a girl in the crowd, and grabs the mic from Fiero and tells Spunk to shut up and bring his monkey-boy out, as he wants to ask him how it feels to have lost the title to the man he paid to take it from him. This brings out a rabid YUSUKE from behind, attacking Dod, both of them brawling around while Spunk's eyes are locked on Fiero's, Fiero wearing a smug smile. Officials break up Dod and YUSUKE, helping them to the back, while Fiero slowly walks towards the ring, stopping just at the apron, while Spunk motions for him to step into the ring. DAN SOMMERS OUT OF NOWHERE WITH A LARIAT TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD OF FIERO! Fiero's head smacks the apron, and Spunk looks on in shock, as Dan slides into the ring, and starts throwing fists at Spunk, who slips out of the ring, leaving Dan in the ring with the title as he picks it up and slings it over his shoulder, as well as the mic. He points over at Spunk, and points at the title. "This, this is why I am here. We all knew that sooner or later I would come back for you."

Spunk looks on, confused, as his last defense was soundly defeating Dan (who did put up a good fight). "I'm sick of being overlooked," Dan continues. "If my path of destruction isn't impressive enough, I could go on... I want a shot, and I want it tonight. Fuck Fiero." The fans don't know what to think of this, as everybody wants to see Fiero destroyed, but Dan will not budge.. Spunk points at Dan, and then at Fiero and calls for a mic, as Dan stares at the title. "I don't care what you have to say, stuff it. I don't care if Fiero wants his shot, or if the fans want to see him get his ass-beaten. They can still get that, you can still get your mits on him -- but tonight, you both have to deal with a real sonnuva' bitch. You gotta deal with Dan fuckin' Sommers." He tosses the title down at Spunk and jumps down, heading to the back as Fiero gathers himself and Spunk picks up the title, a look on his face like things just went from bad to worse.

Our show kicks off with Shogo Otsuka showing AKAHIRA the ropes, so to speak, and putting forth a nice little back and forth bout with him, using the hanging Juji for the immediate tap out by the rook in 12 minutes time. The newly uncrowned Celtic Bruisers took on the VERY tough team of Bobo Gomez and D, both coming off of big losses the last week to Big T and Dan Sommers, respectively. D and Gomez were hungry, but still both a bit beaten up from last week. Gabriel and Baker looked vicious, and wanting to get another shot at those tag titles to take them home. There is no way anybody saw that coming last week, especially the champs, and they want to prove that it was a fluke. Gomez and D put up a valiant fight, but in the end Gomez was pinned by a Ground Cobra Twist by Baker, the surly celt after Gabriel nailed him with a straight punch to the face. After the match, Gabriel grabbed a mic and said that this should be proof enough that they get a shot at the champs next week, rain or shine, bumped, bruised or concussed.

The champs came out and accepted the challenge, saying they were up for any challenge, any day, any place. Well, that came back to bite them in the ass, I think, as ZODIAK and DEMOS come from out of nowhere and smash them both with chairs, laying them out before heading to the back. Stone and Wolf are helped up as they swear vengeance on OdZ and tell them tonight they will show them what kind of champions they are. Big T's path of destruction continued this week, him laying waste to the very formidable Tomohiro Ito in just shy of 8 minutes with the B.A.D. It seems like nobody can stop him, no matter how hard they try. OdZ are now in the ring, awaiting the tag champs. Who says that random attacks won't get you far? OdZ just clocked the tag champs and have themselves a tag title match out of nowhere. It was a violent, brutal match with ZODIAK and DEMOS showing strong teamwork, with RUINER on the outside helping to direct traffic and distract the ref. In just over 30 minutes things went bad for the champs, as both were bloody, beaten to a pulp and Wolf walks right into a face full of fire! ZODIAK wastes no time and spikes him with the ZODIAK SPIKE while DEMOS holds back the big bruiser and 1...2....3..NEW CHAMPIONS, AGAIN! OdZ are now the most decorated duo in Spunk Pro; ZODIAK both the tag and International Champion, and DEMOS holding the tag, Junior and WWA Lightheavyweight Championships!

Next up we have a match that is a result of apparent douchery on Jack Dod's part. Apparently Jack Dod's approach on Spunk Pro last week wasn't as random as we expected. It was a part of a formulated assault to get him to the title. How did he do it? Apparently he paid off ZODIAK and OdZ to ensure that Spunk's closest friend in Spunk Pro, YUSUKE, was left in shambles. ZODIAK and DEMOS have assaulted Spunk and YUSUKE in the following weeks, leading up to ZODIAK stealing the title from YUSUKE, which broke YUSUKE's spirits. Where this plan leads, we'll have to see, but what we saw was YUSUKE vs Jack Dod, and Jack Dod dissecting the kind-of-still-a-rookie mentally and physically. Lets not forget that last week the Dodsmack held YUSUKE back, left him laid out in the ring, and tonight it was no different. Only afterwards, after the pinfall, Dod did it again. That wasn't it, as he picked him up and delivered a third on the young YUSUKE, who is now being attended to by our emergency medical staff, as Jack Dod moves to the back looking greatly pleased with his work. How this plan unfolds, we'll have to see, but as of right now young YUSUKE looks out of it.

Now comes our moment of truth, and the biggest match Spunk Pro has seen in a very long time. The Spunk Pro Heavyweight Championship is on the line in a triple threat match. Dan Sommers has in the past few weeks had a complete overhaul of his personality, and is more vicious than anyone could ever imagine. Tommy Fiero and Spunk's rivalry, well, we shouldn't have to get into this. When Tommy Fiero's VWA originally turned out to be a giant movie entitled 'Wrestle Wars' and Fiero wanted to promoted it, he and his thugs invaded Spunk Pro, trying to pass out movie passes and the like to fans. This turned south in a hurry, and led to the Wrestle Wars crew to get violent towards Spunk Pro, and led for Fiero running his mouth and attempting to use Spunk Pro as a promotional tool, including his quest to capture all of the titles to be auctioned off as movie memorabilia. WW was a dud, but that didn't stop Fiero from conspiring with Jesus X, as they from behind the scenes bankrupt Spunk Pro, putting the company on hiatus for months, only for Spunk Pro to come back, leaner and tougher than ever. But after a few shows, Fiero shows his face again, and here we are tonight, the culmination of months of violence, insults and treachery. Here we have the showdown between Spunk and Tommy Fiero -- with Dan Sommers the complete x-factor, forcing himself into this match from out of nowhere, and taking this from an elementary story about two men and their hatred for each other, to two men, their hatred for each other inside of a shark tank with a great white shark that hasn't been fed in weeks.

This was a recipe for disaster. To say that Sommers made an impact on this match is speaking lightly, as anytime Spunk and Fiero faced off, Sommers was there to deliver some crushing offense and offset things greatly. Fiero tucked tail and ran throughout most of the match, leaving Dan and Spunk to pound it out. Spunk's kicks vs Dan's fists, lariats and knees. Both men fought hard, with Fiero getting in a few big spots here and there, including a diving cross body from the top onto both men for a nearfall on the champ. While Spunk was distracted chasing Tommy Dan nails him with a big lariat, and sets him up for the Alabama Nightmare! Oh lord, he nails it! It looks like the champ is out of it here! Dan turns around -- WHAMMY BAR! Fiero out of nowhere with the Whammy Bar, he can feel it, the fans are looking on in disbelief, he locks on the Lock of Rock on Spunk! He has it locked in tightly, and I don't even think Spunk is awake anymore, Spunk is out of it, and the ref sees it -- he calls for the bell, and things seem to be moving in slow motion now! Ref Nick Fatts is raising Fiero's hand, and hands him the title. This is unreal.

Completely unreal.

Tommy Fiero is the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Champion. The weasel just weaseled his way into the record books. FIERO HAS STOLEN THE DAMNED TITLE!

I repeat, this is unreal. Tommy Fiero is the Spunk Pro Heavyweight Champion.

Fiero holds the title high and gives off a signature "Yeah! Whoo!" as Jack Dod comes out, smiles as he surveys the damage and shakes his head before heading into the back. Fiero now on his knees dramatically posing with the title.

This is unreal.
