Spunk Pro 7.7.06

Spunk Pro - Airport Road Parking Complex - Warwick, RI - 899 fans

The night started off with Strike Force taking on the team of Rusty Chodes and Dick Doode. Wolf really took it to Chodes, not giving him an inch. Only mere moments later, Lee destroyed Chodes for the 3-count and the easy victory. OdZ did their best to derail the return of Martha Dumptruck in a huge 6-err, man(?) tag. Martha did her best to destroy the man who put her out of action for months, using the Twist of Fate to no avail. The beatdown of Martha ensued, until Martha turned the tables on OdZ with her Twist of Fat(e)~!! Dink did his best to show his love for Martha upon her return, but took his eyes off of RUINER and paid the price for it! The beatdown continued until Martha distracted the ref, and Pete slid Dink the chair, with Dink pulling an Eddie Guerrero for the DQ victory over OdZ!

In the first match of the contenders tournament Mr. T met Sean Gabriel, who was as always accompanied by Seamus McFadden. Mr. T asserted his strength immediately on Sean. It was back and forth, but Mr. T made sure to make his raw power shown, having Sean in trouble! He was setting up for the powerbomb when Seamus distracted him long enough for Sean to get the quick win over Mr. T to move on to the next round!! Sean and Seamus didn't have long to celebrate, as the T-Team ran down to the ring to back Mr. T up and they had to high-tail it to the back. Alabama Dan faced off next with the mysterious Decepticon Mask. Decepticon Mask showed charisma not seen in ages against the wiley Dan, slamming Dan with authority! The fighting was intense back and forth action, before Dan unleashed the Alabama Knee Lift on the Masked man, before using the Alabama Clutch for the 3-count, thwarting Decepticon Mask's debut. Locust Star and YUSUKE met in a stiff match, where both went tooth and nail. YUSUKE did his best to keep Locust Star grounded. Locust Star was surprisingly happy to keep on the mat with YUSUKE, eventually choking him out with a front choke sleeper. Goat Banga came out afterwards, complaining that he was forgotten and deserved to be in this tournament. He called out 001, and demanded a shot tonight, only for 001 to simply pop his head out of the curtain and stare him down. Goat Banga continued to call him out, only for 001 to point to his title and nod once before walking to the back, leaving GB looking intense, ready for his shot at the big time tonight.

Lester "T" Bourbon met up with D in the semi-main event, but still utilized Main Event Style Wrassling early on. It was a slugfest between the two, the lariat vs the Axe Bomber. Lester catches the upperhand and nails D with the Axe Bomber, but D is able to kick out just barely! They continue to brawl, neither man wanting to give an inch. D unleashing a flurry of elbows on Lester, then nailing him with a Death Valley Bomb, and catching a near fall with the moonsault press, nearly taking Lester out of this tournament. It looked up for D, as he sets up the lariat, only for Lester to duck, kick to the gut! PED-O-GREE!! Lester nails the Ped-o-Gree on D, and 1...2...3! Its over! The main event was an unlikely one, as Goat Banga challenged the monster, 001 for the Spunk Pro World Title! 001 quickly showed Goat Banga that he wants to make this quick as he presses him high over his head! In a shocking turn of events, Goat Banga shows he will not be outmatched, and does the same to the champ! This only upsets the champ, who absolutely snaps and drives Goat Banga down to the mat! After some more pummelling, he calls for the finish, gets the goozle and finishes him off with the Infinity Bomb for the 3-count in record time!

RevX 7.7.06

RevX - Airport Parking Center - Warwick, RI - 487 fans

RevX starts things off with a squash match between VWA jobbers Roy and Dutch. The team of the hardcore sleazebags defeated them when Jimmy used the Donnie Shot on Roy for the text book 3. Druid came out next and declared that he wanted Havok, who last we saw wiped the floor with Bee Man. Well, Havok obliged and started taking it to Druid with rights and lefts. Havok's suplexes tossed Druid all around the ring, culminating with a sick half nelson Havok-Plex right into the Blackout for the immediate tap out of Druid, with Havok destroying another Bozac Pro stalwart.

Next, right on the heels of the World Cup was the debut of Mark Yellowcard, hailing from the UK taking on Power Chuck. Chuck asserted his power early on, showing Yellowcard his soccer skills weren't scaring him. Mark used a few soccer techniques to take Power Chuck off his feet. Chuck is never one to lay down, as his sheer power took Mark by surprise. Sadly for Chuck, Mark's Penalty Kick was enough to put him away for good, making Mark's debut a success. The tag contenders faced off one on one against the tag champs, with Billy Hollywood forcing Shakin' Tom to submit to his liplock! PHAQ's back neck wasn't helped much in the next match, as Superjew KO's him with a Jewhammer. The Main Event of the night saw Jesus X's Ministry face off against RE.V, with RE.V taking it to the Ministry early on, with Mochizuki taking it to Judas! The match turned into an all out war, with both teams disregarding the ref, with the brawl spilling to the outside and the ref having to having to throw the match out. It took every official in the building to seperate the two teams as they began tearing the RevX banners down in preperation for the Spunk Pro show afterwards.

Spunk Pro

After the shocking turn of events at "The Last Temptation of Christ" with 001 being crowned the NEW Spunk Pro World Champion, with Jesus X leaving Spunk Pro for good, Spunk Pro took a minor hiatus. Shook to the very core by this betrayl, not only of Jesus X and his followers, but men like Ito, Mochizuki, Power CHUCK and others, men who were Spunk's personal trainees, Spunk Pro needed to reassemble and regroup. Spunk Pro now returns with its next tour, which will have an 8-man tournament to decide the number 1 contender for 001's World Championship. The brackets are as follows:

Locust Star
YUSUKE
Lester "T" Bourbon
D
Sean Gabriel
Mr. T
Alabama Dan
Decepticon Mask

Marakuso Manakuro also went on record as to saying that the investigation about the fire is still underway, and they are dead set on finding the criminal. He also spoke out against Jesus X and the other betrayers, and said that Spunk Pro will be better off without them. Spunk Pro will now return its focus to traditional pro-wrestling and stray from the low-brow spectacle that Jesus X brought with him.

Ti'en Yangisawa has also commented, saying that he has returned to the ring, and would like to show Spunk-Gun exactly why they are still wrestling and has formed the new VIOLENCE with Shogo and YUSUKE. YUSUKE and Shogo seemed honored to be working with Ti'en, and are ready to challenge the Walking Talking Stereotypes.

Rev X

The tentative title for the former Bozac Pro is Rev X, with Jesus X pressing that this is the new 'revolution' in pro-wrestling. He also made an open invitation to anybody who feels they are being misused and mistreated to join Rev X where they can start anew. They also plan to run head-to-head shows against Spunk Pro, and possibly invade shows. Possibly.

Pro-Wrestling WILD

After months of silence, there are rumblings of Pro-Wrestling WILD returning from the semi-annual summer hiatus.
